Our Vision
Our vision at Cornerstone Child-Care Budaka Uganda is to create a world for these children where they are not orphans but Cornerstone children. We show children the love of Christ and show them that they each have hope and purpose.
Rogers and Betty
Young Rodgers at 21 years old having a dream to some day help the disadvantaged and Rogers and Betty now seeing their dreams fulfilled. They have four biological children and have parented thousands of children over the years.
How It Started
No man can alter, thwart or stand in the way of your life, for it's the Lord that determines the course of your life. God has good plans for your life.
One day these beautiful Kenyan children were abandoned at home in Mbale, Uganda by their parents for 3months. I got to know their story after reading a news paper which prompted me to look for them.
Everybody thought he (Moses) was going to die in the next minute, hour or day because his older siblings could lock him up in the house and go and play and beg food in the community.
Nonetheless, through this tough journey God has protected and preserved Moses as you can see post. He is at school in Primary 3, the he follows (Isaac) is in Primary 5 , then Vanessa also Primary 5 and Natasha in checked dress in high school (Senior 4).
All the promises of God in Christ Jesus are Yes and Amen.
